Shaw is also the Immediate Past Chairman of the International SPA Association (ISPA) and the current Chairman of the ISPA Foundation, supporting spa professionals worldwide. With over 25 years of experience, he has led renowned multi-site resorts, cruise lines, and membership-based wellness organizations internationally. Shaw’s work includes directing spa and wellness programs at prestigious resorts like The Club at Las Campanas and Canyon Ranch Health Resorts. At Capella Resorts, he collaborated with Ritz-Carlton’s founder Horst Schulze to achieve award-winning service standards. His leadership extends to program expansions and facility openings across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Shaw holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina University, along with multiple industry certifications.
