Cancellation requests received (30) business days before the start of the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received on or within (14 – 30) days before the start of the event will be subject to a loss of 50% of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received (13) days or less before the start of the event will be subject to a loss of 100% of the total registration fee.
