Reuveni’s 35+ year successful track record and battle-proven experience extend and is manifested in all facets of the business: ground up and conversion development, design, construction and architectural planning, Attorney General process, contract negotiations, financial pro formas, residential brokerage, sales, leasing, international relocations, property management, marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, and more.

A strategic decision-maker with a loyal following of developers, investors, and industry professionals, Reuveni launched Reuveni Development Marketing in 2017. As President and CEO, he has worked on a vast portfolio of notable new development projects including 90 Morton in the West Village, the Getty by Peter Marino, Era on the Upper West Side, Dahlia on the Upper West Side and 30 E 31st in Nomad to name a few.  

Prior to starting Reuveni Development Marketing, Reuveni served as the managing director of TOWN New Development, where he led remarkable new development projects including; Madison Equities’ 212 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, Artimus’s Circa on the Upper West Side, DNA's 280 St. Marks in Prospect Heights and Continental Ventures’ 52 Wooster.

From 2007-2014, Reuveni spent seven years as a senior managing director and executive vice president with Brown Harris Stevens SELECT. As company leader he managed sales for record-setting projects such as the Laureate, One Morningside Park, 15 Union Square West, Apple Bank Condos, Reade57, Merritt House, and 666 West End Avenue, among others.

From 1996-2007, Reuveni held the title of senior vice president for Corcoran Group, handling sales and rentals, as well as management of successful new development projects such as Crossing23, 92 Greene, Element, and The Olcott.

Reuveni also served as an international relocation and leasing specialist with Quality Living Real Estate from 1989-1995, and as an on-site leasing manager and broker with J.I. Sopher Real Estate from 1986-1988.
