Marc Kotler is President of FirstService Residential, the largest residential property management company in New York. As president, Marc leads a team managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including highly-amenitized luxury towers, multifamily rental buildings, cooperatives, and condominiums across the five boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester County.
Marc joined the company in 2004 and brings more than three decades of property management expertise to his position. Prior to his appointment as New York president, he served as president of the New Development Group(Opens in a new window), an elite division that has consulted on more than 200 multifamily residential developments, representing nearly $50 billion in construction costs and millions of livable square feet.
Today, Marc is recognized as the industry’s top consultant for multifamily developers and institutional investors for his impact on New York City real estate. His consulting and management portfolio includes 432 Park Avenue, 53 West 53, One Wall Street, One United Nations Plaza, New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street, 11 Hoyt, Front & York, and many other iconic addresses. He has also advised developers of ultra-luxury hotel-condominium properties including The Plaza Hotel & Residences, The Beekman Hotel & Residences, Baccarat Hotel & Residences, and the hotel-to-condominium conversion of The Waldorf Astoria New York.
