Emmanuelle leverages her architectural degree to bring together 3D design and strategic thinking with pragmatic execution through a global and multicultural lens. Speaking five languages and driven by the concept of entelechy- the state of something existing at its full potential- she has successfully identified growth strategies and used marketing, branding, architecture, tech and sustainable practices to lead tech startups, Crain’s Top 10 architectural practices, global non-profits, and  top Real Estate companies like the Durst Organization and SHVO. She has led the marketing of premiere stabilized and new development commercial and residential assets such as One World Trade Center, 825 Third Avenue, Sven LIC, Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue & Beverly Hills and the Rosewood Raleigh, South Beach.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Emmanuelle is the co-founder of the first ULI MarCom Council on a national level and for the NY District, bringing together Marketing and communications professionals in Real Estate to gather and create awareness of this ever-growing field and its importance to the success of any project. She has taught, lectured and spoken at the United Nations, NYU, Baruch and Parson’s. She holds a Master of Architecture and Certificate of Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Architectural History and Italian Studies from Wesleyan University.
