Elisa Orlanski Ours has helped shape some of the most iconic global real estate skyscrapers and masterplans in the world—driving over $32 billion and redefining how the industry builds, brands, sells, and rents housing - from luxury to affordable.  

A distinguished Latina C-suite executive, designer, and educator, she brings over 30 years of experience at the intersection of architecture, development, and AI-driven innovation. As Chief Planning & Design Officer at Corcoran Sunshine, for over 20 years Elisa founded and scaled the firm’s Planning & Design division, pioneering the integration of design intelligence with market strategy and transforming how developers approach product, pricing, and positioning.

Her expertise spans urban towers, resort masterplans, and branded residential communities. Elisa has collaborated with the world’s most visionary architects and developers to deliver landmark towers, branded residences, and mixed-use destinations that blend beauty, performance, and profitability. She leads design teams from concept through final sale/lease, aligning design excellence with financial outcomes and maximizing long-term value.

As a board member of Southworth Development for over two years, Elisa has contributed to financial strategy, construction margin improvement, and operational optimization across a portfolio of world-class golf resorts. She brings deep expertise in governance, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring—applying a design-led lens to long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

Elisa is also a leading voice in the future of real estate. A sought-after speaker at global forums including Salone del Mobile in Milan, she lectures on branded residential experiences, AI’s role in design and development, predictive analytics, and the evolution of smart cities. Her insights into PropTech, digital transformation, and data-driven design have refine product-market fit, scale operations, and align with investor expectations.

Raised in Buenos Aires and Princeton, NJ, she holds a Barnard College BA in Architecture with a concentration in Computer Science and a Master’s in Architecture from Columbia University and ETH Zurich. She began her career in construction on uber high-end residential projects in New York City and her first day of work was 9/11 forever motivating her to rebuild the skyline.

She is a working mother of two and supports NYC public school food-insecure families.  With a sharp eye for scalable business models and a passion for innovation, she continues to be a powerful catalyst for growth, and impact.
