As Executive Vice President of Marketing & Design, Danielle Naftali leads the marketing, sales, design, and product development of the group’s extensive portfolio of luxury condominium and multi-family properties.  

Throughout her career, Ms. Naftali has played a primary role in oversight of the company’s planning and design processes, creative branding, innovative marketing, and strategic sales – the hallmarks of Naftali Group. Combining deep experience in new development marketing with precise attention to detail and an aptly honed design aesthetic, she brings an informed, design-focused perspective to the leadership team. Ms. Naftali successfully led sales and marketing efforts at The Benson, The Bellemont, and 200 East 83rd Street to achieve complete sell out, achieving cumulative sales of $1 billion in the last residential cycle. Ms. Naftali was featured in Crain's New York Business Notable Leaders in Real Estate 2022.

Ms. Naftali holds a B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University. She is a licensed real estate broker in New York State.
