Industry veteran since 2005, Christine is a new construction expert and ran the Builder/Condo Division in the West for Caliber Home Loans from 2013-2020  and was then promoted to the Director of the National Condo Division in 2021.  She now leads the West Division for Movement Mortgage Builder and Condo where she manages in nine different states. She has substantial new construction experience and has been the preferred lender for approximately 32 Condominium and Single-Family new construction projects over the past 18 years. She is the trusted partner in the Seattle market to Polaris Pacific, Realogics Sotheby’s, Rennie and various developers they support including Laconia, Create World, Daniels Real Estate/Greentown, Fortress, Lowe Enterprises and Bosa.
