Brent Reynolds is the CEO and Managing Partner of Nolan Reynolds International, driving the firm’s international growth with a focus on creating fully integrated, market-responsive real estate solutions. With approximately $3 billion in completed developments, he expertly navigates acquisition, financing, planning, entitlement, and construction to deliver projects that meet evolving market demands. This includes complex, mixed-use commercial, residential, hospitality, and historic rehabilitation projects, such as South Florida landmarks like Gables Station, LifeTime, and The Thesis Hotel and Residences, as well as the globally acclaimed Casa Chameleon Hotel brand in Costa Rica, a celebrated member of Relais & Chateaux.

Brent began his career at Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, managing high-profile ventures such as the redevelopment of Kendallwood Shopping Center and Johns Hopkins University’s Basic Science Initiative expansion. He later contributed to the revitalization of Baltimore’s East Side with a private development firm.

A passionate supporter of community development and education, Brent co-founded the Coldstream Project (now Bridges) and earned Baltimore’s Walter B. Smith Award for personal achievement. He serves on boards including the Underline and the University of Miami’s Masters in Real Estate Development + Urbanism, while advising the Transit-Oriented Development Institute. His professional memberships include the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, and YPO chapters in Miami and Costa Rica.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Finance from the University of Delaware.
