Zarro
An award-winning expert in new development marketing, Anna Zarro is an NYC based industry veteran whose career progression spans over two decades and multiple market cycles leading sales locally and in various regions around the world. Her diverse experience includes luxury residential, mixed use, and hospitality projects primarily throughout North America, and the Pacific. Over the course of her career, she has focused her effort and expertise to the design/development, marketing, sales, and/or leasing of more than 6 million SF of real estate across multiple asset classes with an aggregate value exceeding $12.5B.
Anna launched her consulting firm AZ&Co. in 2018 after holding several executive roles at prominent firms on both the brokerage and sponsor sides of the business: guiding strategy, building brands, and leading marketing and sales functions. After a decade as an agent, sales director, and project manager, she gained invaluable perspective as an Executive Committee member and head of TOWN Marketing & Leasing, subsequently launching and leading Extell Marketing Group (the in-house Sales & Marketing vertical of Extell), then finally as Principal of her boutique firm. As a testament to the relationships she builds, her former employer became her first new client. Creativity, accountability, and astute navigation of dynamic market conditions are the foundation of her approach. She has made integral contributions to the success of a wide range of projects from boutique loft buildings in SoHo to Central Park Tower on Billionaires’ Row, from micro-units to masterplans- and currently, perhaps the most ambitious office to residential conversion ever completed- One Wall Street.
She and her partners provide services directly to owners, operators, their equity partners, and brokerages, as well. Consulting for all aspects of a project from acquisition to completion; scopes may include concept, design, programming, GTM launch or re-launch/repositioning, operational oversight, campaign management, and white-labelled in-house sales. Having a rare ability to dynamically shift between vision, strategy, and tactical application to drive results for the clients she often considers family, Anna excels at strategic planning and efficient implementation, always maximizing potential and adding value; maintaining a practice based on reputation, repeat business, referral, and word of mouth.
