From Sunny Isles Beach at The Related Groups Ocean One and Ocean Three (unincorporated Dade in 1996) to Sabbia Beach in 2014 (Exclusive broker of record Hemisphere Sales Group) paving the way for developers to retain and build on parcels of land once for sale. As a visionary and a leader, Amy’s consulting company, Ballon Development Consulting, was engaged in 2021 to work with Tavistock Development Company on the pre-development for the iconic 32-acre property Pier Sixty-Six.
