Amanda Wilson Watkins is responsible for corporate branding, residential marketing and sales, and new product design and development for Great Gulf’s portfolio of residential high-rise projects throughout North America, as well as the Canadian low-rise traditional planned communities.

Ms. Watkins brings more than 20 years of real estate development and home building experience to her role. She has held several key executive leadership positions for publicly traded homebuilders and award-winning private residential and resorts developers in North America and the Caribbean. She is active in the real estate industry as a leader and mentor, and in her spare time, is passionate about promoting healthy living.

Ms. Watkins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
