AlessandroPallaoro is the Managing Director of Bizzi & Partners in the Americas. Heis in charge of operations and development with a special focus on luxuryresidential and class-A office buildings in New York and Florida. He joinedBizzi & Partners during the development of 400 Fifth Avenue, the company’sfirst project in the U.S. Since then, Mr. Pallaoro has spearheaded theconversion of 101 Leonard Street, and also the ground up development of 125Greenwich Street, 565 Broome SoHo, and Eighty Seven Park.

Prior tojoining the firm in 2012, Mr. Pallaoro was a fund manager at RREEFFondimmobiliari SGR, Deutsche Bank Group’s Real Estate Asset Managementdivision in Milan, Italy. There, he was involved in the management of 7 privateequity real estate funds, with more than $600 million in assets undermanagement. Mr. Pallaoro graduated from Trento University in 2007 with abachelor’s degree in Economics and Law and is also a graduate of BocconiUniversity in Milan, after receiving a Master of Science in Management in 2010.
