At Bizzi & Partners Development LLC, Mr. Beltrame is responsible for overseeing U.S. investments and contributing to the strategic direction of a US portfolio exceeding $1 billion in assets under management, with a particular focus on cross-border project structuring and complex financing strategies. Based in New York since 2021, his involvement has spanned several of the firm’s flagship developments, including The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly, 565 Broome SoHo, and The Fifth Miami Beach.

His role combines transaction execution with ongoing asset oversight, including leadership across development and coordination phases, the structuring of senior and mezzanine financing, and equity placements with institutional partners. He works closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders across international markets to drive project execution and performance.

In parallel, he is actively involved in the financial, commercial, and executive management of the company’s luxury residential and mixed-use portfolio across the U.S. and Europe, overseeing development and design decisions, pricing and commercial strategy, sales performance, and investor reporting.

This experience is supported by a multidisciplinary background in civil engineering and real estate finance, enabling a holistic approach to complex development projects at the intersection of design, capital, and execution.
