Greg Davis is a Director of Commercial Real Estate Credit at Fortress Investment Group, where he has participated in the origination, management, and resolution of complex debt and equity investments across the real estate sector. Since joining Fortress in 2019, he has overseen more than $8.0 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the debt and equity capital stack, with particular expertise in development, special situations, and opportunistic investments.

Prior to Fortress, Mr. Davis was a Vice President at Madison Equities, a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm specializing in luxury condominium projects throughout New York City. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, development, asset management, financing, leasing, and property operations, providing a unique perspective as both an investor and owner-operator. He has extensive experience in both investment underwriting and hands-on asset execution, including development oversight, capital markets transactions, financing negotiations, business plan implementation, and asset repositioning.

Mr. Davis holds a B.A. from Lehigh University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.
