Hash Alyawer leads Naftali Group’s Florida office and oversees the firm’s strategic expansion throughout
the region. In this role, he is responsible for all development activities across Naftali’s Florida portfolio,
including acquisitions, finance, design, entitlements, sales, and execution.
Prior to joining Naftali Group, Mr. Alyawer served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Development
at Terra, where he played a key leadership role in scaling the firm’s portfolio from $1.5 billion to over $10
billion. During his tenure, he led more than $3 billion in acquisitions, financings, and dispositions, and
was instrumental in the development and delivery of several flagship condominium projects. Earlier in
his career, he was with Starwood Property Trust, where he focused on restructuring debt and
underwriting CMBS investments, and began his career supporting the FDIC’s management of a large
portfolio of distressed assets during the Global Financial Crisis.
Mr. Alyawer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida and is a CFA
Charterholder
