Christopher Murray

Managing Director and Co FounderConcord London

Christopher Murray is managing director and co-founder of Concord London, one of Central London’s leading luxury property developers.  With nearly three decades of experience in prime residential and mixed-use development, Chris has built a reputation for creating architecturally significant projects that combine exceptional design, craftsmanship, and long-term value.

As co-founder of Concord London alongside Terry Hui, CEO of Concord Pacific, Chris has overseen the delivery of some of London’s most notable luxury developments.  These include the 50-story Principal Tower, designed by Foster + Partners in partnership with Brookfield.  Collectively, Concord London’s founders have delivered more than 140 developments worldwide.

Concord London is currently developing the acclaimed Marylebone Square, the first new city block to be created in charming Marylebone in Central London in more than 50 years. The five-story building of 54 apartments and penthouses is 80% sold.  Designed by E8 Architecture, it is much-admired for its rich and calming palette of glazed terracotta.

A long-time resident of Marylebone, Murray believes private real estate should contribute to the public realm and to the community.  All of Chris’ developments have included affordable, onsite housing for key workers.

Chris’ philanthropy includes founding the Matthew Perry Foundation in honor of his childhood best friend with whom he often traveled until Perry’s tragic death from an overdose.  The Matthew Perry Foundation is building a Matthew Perry House in Chris’ and Matthew’s hometown of Ottawa, Canada to help addicts with recovery, job skills, confidence and therapy.
